If I have a pool, horse barn, or any other type of property image without a corresponding folder, where should I import them into so that they can be viewed on my listing?

These photos can to be imported into the folder named additional photos. The additional photos folder can contain as many additional photos as you'd like, where as the other folders can only contain one each: (ex: Bedroom 1 and Master Bath) can only contain one photo.

I have taken my photos for my virtual tour and the detect panoramas button is not recognizing them as one panorama?

The detect panoramas feature only works when you stand in one spot, hold the camera steady, and take a minimum of three photos and a maximum of sixteen photos. All pcitures must be taken within ten seconds apart of one another. However you can still stitch them together by selecting the insert tab on your software, then clicking on new. This will create a new panorama folder. Then simply go to the top tabs and select insert, then import the photos which will make up the panorama. If you have more than one panorama album, simply repeat the process above. The detect panoramas button is simply a feature and not a necessity.

I have stitched and uploaded my photos to the web application but when I go to view my panoramas under the edit project tab, I see a vertical break in my panorama when i rotate it completely around. why is this happening?

Please make sure the 360 degrees button was selected in the desktop application. This button is found under album description on the right hand side.

I have all of my photos in their correct folders and I am ready to stitch and up load but the button is greyed out?

This is happening because the project must be saved before the software will allow you to stitch and upload. Save your project and try again.

I am making flyers for my listing and am having trouble selecting a distinct flyer?

You need to make sure your clicking on the blue area and not the text area when selecting your flyer design.

I have made a new viewer skin bundle and I have inserted it into my property description but when I go to view it under preview project it is still the default skin bundle, what happened?

You must save your viewer skin bundle after you create it and after you upload it in your viewer skin bundle pull down menu under your project tab. If you do not save it will still show the default skin bundle under preview project.

Why is my add flyer button missing?

It is missing because you already have five flyers for that listing, which is the maximum amount of flyers per listing. So in other words delete a flyer to add one.

On the email statistics, what does undetermined mean?

Undetermined means that those people have not opened the email yet.
